Why embodiment?
For centuries, we’ve turned to movement, breath, and ritual to ground ourselves—shaking off stress, reconnecting with our centre, and remembering who we are beneath the noise.
In today’s fast-paced world, our minds are overstimulated while our bodies are often ignored. Many of us live from the neck up, disconnected, depleted, and constantly doing.
There has never been a more important time to come home to your body, to soften your edges, feel your feet on the ground, and listen inward.
For some, embodiment is a powerful way to release tension and slow down.
For others, it opens up a deeper relationship with the self, offering clarity, calm, and the confidence to move through life with greater ease and awareness.
What happens in our classes
Our classes offer a safe, supportive space to step away from the noise of the day, soften your body, and reconnect with the part of you that knows how to lead with calm and clarity.
We begin each session with a gentle check-in and welcome, followed by a grounding practice to settle your nervous system and guide you back into your body, out of the swirl of thoughts and into a deeper presence.
You can join from any quiet space where you feel at ease - your living room, office, or even outdoors if the weather allows. You’ll need a stable WiFi connection, space to move, and comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and breathe with ease.
Each session is a chance to release what you’ve been holding - stress, tension, or mental overdrive - and tune into your inner wisdom. Through intuitive, accessible movement, you’ll create more space in your body and mind.
This isn’t about performance. It’s about recalibration.
Many women find that these sessions help them feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded in their choices. Over time, embodiment becomes a powerful practice for navigating work and life with steadiness—helping you make decisions from alignment, not adrenaline.
You can adapt each class to suit your body’s needs. Whether you prefer to move standing, seated, or lying down, there’s space for your full experience to be honoured and supported.

After a warm welcome from me, you’ll be invited to turn off your mics (this is a no-speaking class). We will work through a series of exercises to experience how to move your body with the music, follow your rhythms and flow, and open yourself up to creating new neuropathways in your body.
These classes aren’t a performance nor designed to be fitness sessions, although you may be delighted with how your mobility improves, nor do you have to follow any routines or steps. I
f you do have any mobility issues, please let me know at the start.

Be in a room where you know you won't be disturbed and a space big enough to move your arms around and take a few steps in; the width and length of two yoga mats is perfect.
To get the best experience, we recommend joining from a laptop or PC; the bigger the screen, the better. If you need to wear headphones, please ensure they are wireless to avoid getting tangled with the wires.
-
Wear comfortable clothing, but you don’t need to be in exercise clothes. I also recommend removing big necklaces or bracelets to avoid catching yourself as you move, as well as Apple watches or other Bluetooth tracking devices that may distract you with notifications. I shall also invite you to take off your shoes and do this class barefoot if you can.
-
We usually have no more than 15 people in our online classes.
-
We have a strict no-latecomers policy to avoid disturbing others once we have begun the initial welcome. This means that if you arrive after we've started, we unfortunately can't let you in.
-
No, these are live classes.
-
It’s important for me, as your facilitator, to see you during the session and ensure you are moving in the right way for each exercise.
This work can feel awkward if you've never experienced this before, especially on Zoom. I promise this is a safe space without judgment or expectations. If you don’t want to see yourself, which can help with any self-conscious thoughts, you can turn off your self-view in your Zoom settings once you join the call.
