Choose between our sound baths, a beautiful way to relax, replenish and de-frag from a busy week, and our embodiment classes, a profound way to get out of your head and back into your body.

Or come to both!

And being online is extra special as you can join from the sanctuary of your home (or even your bed for the sound sessions!).

You can be in your safe space without feeling disturbed by others, and, of course, there's no need to travel.
